§ 152.55. SUBMISSION TO AND APPROVAL BY VILLAGE COUNCIL REQUIRED.

No plat shall be transmitted to any county or state approving authority for official action as required by the state platting procedure until each plat shall have, in the first instance, been approved by the Village Council, in accordance with the regulations of this chapter and Land Division Act, Public Act 28 of 1967, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 through 560.293, as amended.
