§ 152.40. OPEN SPACES.

(A) Due consideration shall be given by the subdivider and the Village Council to the dedication or reservation of suitable sites for future schools, parks and playgrounds.
(B) No property shall be subdivided for residential use if such is considered unsuitable for building purposes by the Village Council.
