§ 151.07. APPEAL FROM DECISION OR ORDER OF VILLAGE COUNCIL.

Any owner(s) aggrieved by a final decision or order of the Village Council under § 151.06 may appeal the decision or order to the Circuit Court by filing a petition for an order of superintending control within 21 days from the date of decision.
