§ 94.002. APPLICABILITY.

(A) These rules apply to all streets under the jurisdiction of the village.
(B) Nothing in these rules shall be construed to prevent the application of the provisions of any statute of this state or any village ordinance which is more restrictive than these rules, nor to preclude state or county permits with respect to any street. No permit shall be issued pursuant to these rules unless there is compliance with other provisions of law and ordinances.
